What CruiseControl costs at your fleet size
One subscription covers the whole crew lifecycle. Pricing is a fixed platform fee plus a per-user rate that falls as the fleet grows, shown here as the all-in cost per person. The rate is continuous, not stepped, so a fleet between two rows lands between the two rates. Growing never increases your bill, and never moves you to a worse rate.

Fleets of roughly 500 and up are where CruiseControl is designed to pay for itself. Below about 120 people the platform fee makes a single-purpose toolset cheaper, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a fit that is not there. From 5,000 users the enterprise tier adds custom volume pricing, white-label deployment, an onboarding and development credit, and SSO/SCIM with an SLA.
What consolidation looks like at three fleet sizes
The calculator above personalises this. If you would rather just see the arithmetic, these are three worked examples on software cost alone: no admin time, no compliance risk, no retention effect. They start at 600 crew because CruiseControl is sold to fleets of roughly 500 people and up. Each assumes the five tools most operators run today: an HRIS, a training/LMS, a recruitment/ATS, a documents and e-signature tool, and a CRM or crew messaging tool, all at 2026 published list prices. Only two of those are licensed for every head, at a combined $22 per user per month. The other three are sold per seat to the people who actually log in, at $150 per admin seat per month, counted at roughly one seat per 100 crew rather than charged across the whole fleet. That stack is then discounted for volume at each fleet size, because a 6,000-seat operator does not pay list any more than we charge it, and our own rate is blended across volume tiers the same way.
The rates are benchmarked against 2026 published list pricing: BambooHR and HiBob for the HRIS, Docebo and Absorb for the LMS, Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters for the ATS, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Dropbox Sign for documents and e-signature, and Zendesk, HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM and messaging. Each tool in the calculator above shows the benchmark behind its rate. CruiseControl's own figure is a platform fee plus a per-user rate, shown here as the all-in cost per crew member.

Pricing FAQ
Questions about pricing
One platform, one subscription, billed per user per month with volume tiers, so the whole crew lifecycle is covered without licensing separate tools. Your exact rate depends on fleet size and is confirmed in a written proposal.
